Markus Bodo Wieseler – known simply as Bodo – is an entrepreneur, doer and networker with deep roots in the Rhein-Lahn region. He runs several businesses and projects at once: from event catering and draft beer system cleaning to an education center, real estate and a cult pub in Dausenau on the Lahn.
The brief was clear: develop a personal landing page that brings all his projects, websites and businesses together in one place – as a digital business card and a central point of contact for business partners, customers and anyone interested.
The result is a minimalist, fast and elegant personal branding page, built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS and hosted on Netlify – with smooth animations, a clear card grid of all projects and a personal hero section with a portrait.

Visual identity
The design of the site reflects Markus's personality: clear, pragmatic and trustworthy. The palette is built on a light blue-gray (#E7F0F6) background, dark slate tones for typography and an individual color accent for each project – from blue for Bodo Events to green for WIECO. The typography pairs Syne (display) with Geist (sans) for a modern, legible look.
Structure & projects
The one-page structure is divided into three areas: a hero section with portrait and personal statement, a “What I do” section with structured descriptions of his work, and a responsive card grid of all projects and websites (Bodo Events, ReiBo, WIECO, My Lobby, Zum schiefen Turm, real estate). Each card gets its own color accent and a direct link to the website in question.
Performance & technology
The site was built with Next.js 15 (App Router) and Tailwind CSS and deployed on Netlify. Smooth scroll animations with Framer Motion make for a high-quality user experience. The site achieves near-perfect Core Web Vitals – fast load times, fully responsive on every device and GDPR-compliant with a cookie notice and privacy policy.
